i feel the property and staff are a bit dated .the hotel as clean as it appears to be is in need of a major renovation . it’s deco charm needs to be updated .. I booked three nights but could not stay the third night … My choice to move was a sound choice based on two full nights.. The price was fair and If you are looking for a simple place to stay all aok. If you are looking for something cleaner and more modern there are other choices that would reflect a seasoned travelers needs and amenities ..

This is the WORST hotel EVER and stay away from if you were considering to book! We stayed in a room that had no cold water. Complained and they had someone come fix it, didn’t work. Filed another complaint and 2 technicians came but didn’t fix it either. Scalding hot water only, can you imagine? Had to wash face with hot water, had to take scalding hot water showers? We had to go to our son’s room to take showers. Worst of all, they told us we had “upgraded” our room and needed to pay extra at check out! We have stayed in many different hotels and they would let us know if we have upgraded our rooms BEFORE we check in. Our son was told the same thing at check out too. Very shady. Don’t stay here. There are many better hotels around.
