Restful stop in Delavan

I needed a place to stay near Lake Geneva that wasn't massively expensive and this fit my budget perfectly. It was also in a good location close to many shops and restaurants. I would stay here again on a trip to this area.

The place is dumpy but the beds were good. There were only two towels in the room, the door lock was faulty, and it was small room and bathroom.

The room smelled as soon as you walk in. When you smell the towels, they smell terrible. They give you one coffee packet when there’s two people sharing the room. The lighting for the mirror was not bright enough whatsoever.

The stay was horrible I only stayed one of the two nights I had reserved because the smell of marijuana was so strong throughout the building it was ridiculous of course there's no refund policy as well so not only did I lose the cash I paid for the pet to stay in my room both nights I also lost the room charge as well

Rude staff and never at the desk. Stains everywhere and the room smelled musty. The bed was as hard as a rock and the lights outside shined right into the room at night. The bathroom was the only nice part of the room since it was just redone. The breakfast was also not good either. Will not stay at this place again!!

I am not picky but the toliet was very dirty on the rim. Then there was no toliet paper in the room at all, not one square not even an empty roll no toliet paper holder. Called tge manager and he said they dont have toliet paper holders to save room. Really? Toliet paper is pretty important.
