Apartment 'Fewo Birkenallee - Lavendel' with Private Terrace

Our stylishly furnished and barrier-free apartment "Lavendel" offers comfortable relaxation for 4 people (extra bed for 2 additional people possible in the living room). Come to relax and unwind and take advantage of the cultural offers near and far.



We are Anneli and Wolfgang Hauschild and welcome you to our vacation apartments Birkenallee. Our cozy village Deinste belongs to the municipality of Fredenbeck in the district of Stade. The place is characterized by modern agriculture and idyllic landscape. Our house in Birkenallee is located on a 25,000 m² natural property with a beautiful large flower garden. It is located directly next to the nature reserve and on the route of the historic "Moorexpress-Bahn", which runs from Stade to Worpswede and on to Bremen. The house was built in 1966 and was completely renovated and converted into three stylish vacation apartments in 2013.



Deinste is easily accessible via the B 73 and B 74 federal highways. From the highway A 1, exit Hollenstedt, you can reach us in just under 40 minutes.



We also offer the apartments 'Apfel' and 'Rose' for 2 persons each.

Pros: Wir, zwei befreundete Paare, haben zum Jahreswechsel die Lavendelwohnung angemietet. Vom herzlichen Empfang über die Bereitstellung von Kaffee und Tee fehlte es an nichts. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Bad schön groß mit genügend Abstellfläche. Dekoration ist farblich geschmackvoll abgestimmt auf das Thema "Lavendel". Einziges Manko ist die etwas abgelegene Lage, wenn man nicht auf das Auto angewiesen sein möchte. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Zu Gast im Juli 2022, mit 4 Personen, incl. Rollstuhlfahrerin. Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete „Lavendel“ Wohnung, hat durch ihre barrierefreie Einrichtung, uns erst einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht. Da unsere Tochter, auf den Rollstuhl, sowie Duschstuhl angewiesen ist, war ihre Versorgung durch die großen Wohnbereiche uneingeschränkt möglich. Besonders der gut ausgebaute durchdachte Sanitärbereich, hat uns die Pflege erheblich erleichtert. Ebenso, konnten wir alle, ganz gemütlich auf der direkt angrenzenden Terrasse sitzen und den Ausblick auf den schönen Blumengarten genießen und die Schmetterlingsvielfalt bewundern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
