The single rooms feature a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The rooms on the ground floor have a balcony, and the ground-floor room has a small patio.

The apartment is on the ground floor, so you’ll need to climb some stairs; it has a balcony facing the front and a beautiful view of the Temple of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Keys, TV remotes, and air conditioning remotes are handed out from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; after which they must be picked up at the Hotel Portón de Consuelo at 1 de Mayo #12-C.
There is one door at the entrance, and each room has a number corresponding to its key.
The waiting room is a cosy space and a common area for our guests.
No staff live inside the building.
