Lovely view, nice addition to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion provided for guest. Ac was nice and cold but every 45 minutes the toilet made a loud screeching noise, kept waking me up. Beds were 5/10 very firm. WiFi was fairly fast, although room service did take a few tries to have towels delivered to the room. For $185 a night I really can’t complain.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel feels a bit dated, but it's well maintained and provides a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the view from the balcony. It was absolutely stunning and truly made me fall in love with Guam. The TV in my room wasn't working properly, but since I rarely watch TV, it didn't affect my stay. One thing to note is that the hotel has a beachside barbecue area, so guests staying on the lower floors may occasionally notice a faint barbecue smell. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing vacation with beautiful ocean views, this hotel is still a great choice.

The hotel is exceptional for the price point. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great view of the touristy spot just below and a short walk to the beach. Very clean room and appointed just fine. The little roofdeck area with a bar is a nice idea and if not too hot, would be enjoyable. Parking is very simple and easy. Would definitely stay again.

The place was awesome, the only thing i didn’t like was the check time, 3 pm seems a long time to check in especially if your flight is early, i don’t remember seeing the check in time when i booked the room, maybe it was an oversight on my part, but otherwise it was an amazing experience.
