Clean room, well restored building. Continental breakfast was good, muffins, sandwiches, cereal, juices, bread/bagels. Great location in Dow town. Ear shops, bars, restaurants. Opera house open a higher floor.

Everything about our stay was top notch! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotless and well maintained. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room temp was perfect. The breakfast was simple yet very tasty. The breakfast sandwiches were so good - very different from most hotels! The absolute best part of our stay was the staff. The check in was smooth and they were so kind and thorough. The morning we checked out, our car wouldn't start! It was -10 out and our battery died. We had to be at the college in 30 minutes. The staff called in help and within 10 min a kind gentleman helped jumpstart us! They truly went above and beyond and we will tell everyone about our experience! Thank you so much to the staff there. When we are back we will only be staying at Hotel Winneshiek!!
