It was a decent property for a one night stay. Very close to the beach and walkable to all areas of town. Across from the iconic Hotel Normandy so it was nice to visit but not pay the high prices. No parking on site however free street parking 3 blocks up.

Pros: location, superior room size. Cons: Price vs Quality. A/C and heater way too noisy. Check in is late at 4:00pm (and not before, even if you call the day before and ask if possible to check in earlier), check out is at 11:30am (and they make sure to let you know at check in that you must leave the room by 11h30). I think, depending on which day you check in and who is checking you in you will probably have a different experience at thisbhotel. It would need more consistency throughout the property and service standards according to what the end goal of the hotel is (luxury, 4stars, or rather I would say a good 3stars). At the end, we expected a luxury hotel, but it's not.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, la chasse d’eau faisait assez de bruit laissant couler de l’eau. Nous l’avons signalé et nous ont certifié qu’ils allaient s’en occuper, Effectivement après notre sortie, nous sommes revenus et il n’y avait plus de bruit. Mais vers 3h30 du matin, la chasse d’eau s’est mise à faire un bruit énorme comme si un troupeau de rhinocéros allait sortir de la cuvette. Donc ensuite pas très simple pour s’endormir. Au matin, nous le signalons à l’accueil, mais apparemment ils ne semblaient pas très inquiets que des rhinocéros se baladent dans les canalisations,

Par contre : Tout es payant hors de la chambre et de la piscine , Quand je dis tout , c’est absolument tout, Vous voulez faire du billard? 8 euros s’il vous plaît , Vous voulez profiter du jacuzzi dans un hôtel spa? 22 euros pour 20 minute ( oui plus de 1 euros la minute ) Vous voulez sauna ou hammam ? 1h 100 euros Un petit déjeuner ?? 22 euros / personne : pas très fournis et En dehors de toute logique En réalité à la façon de easy jet pour l’aviation tout es disponible mais tout es payant , Donc très peu pour moi , cet hotel n’est pas pour moi. Vous êtes dans une ville où il y’a plus d’hôtel spa que de résidences, Il s’agirait d’être cohérent dans vos prix et dans votre signalétiques. Cet expérience était décevante pour moi.
