Lovely property with nice views.

Had a very pleasant stay in a nicely situated property with lovely views to the sea. The apartment is in a smart building in a lovely part of town. There is a dedicated parking space in the secure garage below the building. The kitchen is small but adequate. Some instructions on the use of the appliances would be helpful. Although the property is advertised as having two bathrooms, one is only a shower room with no toilet and so the toilet in the other bathroom must be shared. The plumbing on the bath needs attention but we understand this will be fixed shortly. Otherwise a very nice property.

Before we arrived to Deauville Christine has send us all the details of our stay. When we arrived to the apartment it was exactly what is in the pictures and we expected. The place is super quite and has all the appliances you will need. WIFI is super fast. We enjoyed every moment and definitely will come back Thank you Christine

Ausblick durch BaugerĂŒst verstellt

Leider stimmten die auf der Webseite von FeWoDi gezeigten Fotos ĂŒberhaupt nicht mit der RealitĂ€t ĂŒberein. Bei der Ankunft war die gesamte Hausseite zum Meer hin mit einem BaugerĂŒst verstellt. WĂ€hrend der zwei Wochen Aufenthalt wurde dort dann auch gearbeitet, sodass man Leute vor dem Balkon hatte. Auf Grund der Baumaßnahmen war dieser dann auch nicht möbliert. Das war schon ein ziemlicher Schock. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich auf Nachfragen vollkommen uneinsichtig und war auch nicht zu einem Nachlass bereit. FeWoDi hatte versucht zu vermitteln, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Ich hĂ€tte eine Vorabinformation ĂŒber die Situation vor Ort erwartet, dann hĂ€tten wir nicht gebucht. So haben wir uns an den Kosten fĂŒr die Bauarbeiten beteiligt. Die Arbeiten gehen laut Aussage von Nachbarn bis Juli an allen Fassaden des Hauses weiter. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Nous connaissons dĂ©jĂ  l'appartement de l'annĂ©e derniĂšre. rien ne s'est amĂ©liorĂ©, juste empirĂ©. La propretĂ© laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Il y a bien d’autres choses qui ne vont pas aussi. L'emplacement est gĂ©nial, la maison et le garage sont bien. La Gardienne compĂ©tente et serviable. Il n'y a aucun engagement pour le client : le grille-pain Ă©tait dĂ©fectueux (toujours en court-circuit), cela a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ©, et un remĂšde a Ă©tĂ© promis. Au bout de 10 jours, rien ne s'Ă©tait passĂ©. Nous sommes dĂ©solĂ©s pour l'emplacement, mais nous ne rĂ©serverons plus l'appartement.

Merveilleux !!!

L'appartement est tout simplement MAGNIFIQUE !!! Au-delĂ  de nos attentes !!! La vue est extraordinaire, l'emplacement idĂ©al, nous ne pouvions rĂȘver mieux ! La communication avec Christine Ă©tait top, elle fut trĂšs arrangeante concernant les horaires d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre sĂ©jour ! gepflegtes Haus, hilfsbereite Consierge, großer Tiefgaragenplatz, toller Blick auf das Strand-/Meer-/ Le Havre-Panorama und die Perlenkette von Schiffen am Horizont! Gut und funktional eingerichteter Wohnraum mit schrecklichem ausgefransten Pseudotierfellteppich unter dem Essglastisch, Lampen ĂŒber dem Tisch seitlich versetzt mit Kopfnussgefahr. ElektrogerĂ€te in der kleinen KĂŒche modern, keine Gebrauchsanleitungen, TiefkĂŒhlfach komplett vereist. Man schlĂ€ft nach hinten in niedrigen Betten sehr ruhig und gut. 1 Minibad mit gut funktionierender Dusche: wo geht das Wasser hin bei den undichten und schmutzigen Fugen? GrĂ¶ĂŸeres Bad mit Duschwanne und leicht schrĂ€g benutzbarer Toilette. Preis/Leistung ist dem teuren Niveau von Deauville angemessen. Wir wĂŒrden wieder buchen

TrÚs belle vue, bel emplacement, propreté médiocre

Nous avons passĂ© 6 nuits dans cet appartement qui offre effectivement une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage de Deauville. Les photos de l’annonce montrent l’appartement sous sa meilleure lumiĂšre, la rĂ©alitĂ© n’était pas exactement aussi belle. On voit que les travaux de rĂ©novation commencent Ă  dater un peu et que l’entretien n’est pas au top, par exemples les toilettes Ă©taient sales et la baignoire encrassĂ©e avec des traces de calcaires marron, le lave-vaisselle n’avait pas de sel et ne lavait donc pas correctement, les ustensiles (casseroles et poĂȘles) de cuisine Ă©taient en trĂšs mauvais Ă©tat, le four trĂšs sale, le fauteuil rouge avait de taches tout comme les draps du lit double et d’une serviette. Des petits/gros dĂ©tails qui ont leur importance, Ă©galement vu les de frais de mĂ©nage trĂšs Ă©levĂ©s.

Im Juni waren wir zu zweit fĂŒr eine Woche in diesem Apartment. Die Fotos zeigten den genauen Zustand und die Lage der Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stylisch, alle benötigten ElektrogerĂ€te und Kochgeschirr sind vorhanden, Fayence und Porzellan von Gien und Villeroi&Boch, viele GlĂ€ser, und Besteck. Wohnraum elegant und edel eingerichtet mit Designobjekten. Der nach hinten extra zu erreichende private Teil mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern (1 Toilette inkl.) sind sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert, 1 Zimmer mit Stofftapete, 1 Zimmer maritim. (Betten etwas kurz fĂŒr Menschen ĂŒber 180cm). GenĂŒgend Raum fĂŒr Bekleidung (22 HolzbĂŒgel) und WĂ€sche, man kann alles einfach in Ordnung halten. Eine breite Terrasse zum Meer nach Westen, 2 schmalere, ebenfalls möblierte Balkone nach Osten. - Gepflegtes Haus mit Concierge-Dienst, charmante, hilfsbereite Verwalterin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Traumhafte Lage am Rande des möglichen GetĂŒmmels zur Hochsaison, Carrefour in der NĂ€he. - Die Region ist geprĂ€gt vom Meer, der Milchwirtschaft und der Pferdezucht. - Mehr geht nicht. 100%, 5 Sterne*****. Unser Dank gilt der Besitzerin, die die Wohnung so kultiviert eingerichtet und uns ĂŒberlassen hat.
