Deaville apartment

A lovely apartment, well equipped, with a sunny private garden which we and our little dog enjoyed. The location was excellent being walking distance to the delights of Deauville.

L'appartement est propre, trÚs bien équipé, conforme à la description. Idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pieds (Thalasdo, casino, plage, centre ville). L'accÚs au jardinet et la place de parking sont un gros plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'hébergement est trÚs bien situé : il est possible d'aller à la thalasso à pied. L'accÚs au jardin privatif est trÚs agréable et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse au soleil. L'emplacement de parking est trÚs pratique.

Appartement bien agencĂ© et trĂšs bien placĂ©.Le jardin est top et l’appartement est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t. Par contre gros bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© de l’appartement on se demande mĂȘme si le mĂ©nage Ă  Ă©tĂ© fait avant notre arrivĂ©e.Poubelle de la cuisine toujours pleine, beaucoup de poussiĂšres,eau de la cafetiĂšre toujours prĂ©sente. Chaussette sale trouvĂ©e sous le canapĂ© de la chambre qui doit y ĂȘtre encore.. C est fort dommage car nous payons quand mĂȘme 60e de frais de mĂ©nage
 C est un endroit agrĂ©able dans lequel j’aurais pris plaisir Ă  revenir sans ce gros dĂ©sagrĂ©ment.

Nous avons passé un trÚs beau séjour et le soleil était au rendez-vous, parfait pour la belle terrasse et le jardin. L'appartement est trÚs agréable et l'endroit est super central. Seul bémol était la propreté qui n'était pas au rendez-vous. Là il faut faire un effort car ce n'est pas du tout accueillant quand on arrive et qu'il faut faire le ménage... Sinon accueil trÚs gentil de la gérante, tout s'est bien passé

Wohnung mit Garten in einer Wohnanlage

WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts wurde die Decke des Voyers vor dem Eingang zum Wohnhaus saniert. Was an zwei Tagen eine erhebliche LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung verursachte. Es war an diesen Tagen kein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung möglich und auch im Garten nicht. Weder die Vermieterin noch die Agentur war bisher bemĂŒht uns fĂŒr diese beiden Tage zu entschĂ€digen. Obwohl man davon ausgehen kann, dass die Bauarbeiten der Vermieterin bekannt waren. Das Doppelbett ist leider im eigentlichen Kinderzimmer aufgestellt. Was dort gerade so Platz hat und dadurch der Komfort leidet. FĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen mit EinschrĂ€nkungen völlig ungeeignet. Es wĂ€re eine schöne Wohnung, wenn sie anders eingerichtet wĂ€re. Das ist im Inserat nicht ersichtlich, dass das Doppelbett im Kinderzimmer steht.

Appartement conforme aux photos. Doté de tout le nécessaire. Literie trÚs bien. Idéal pour un couple et 2 enfants. Les plus : la terrasse et le jardin en plein soleil. Place de parking juste à cÎté. Le moins : obligation de fermer le store de la salle à manger quand on sort car pas de serrure. Idéalement situé, juste à cÎté des Franciscaines, du grand Carrefour Market 300m. La location est trĂšs correcte, dommage que la pelouse n’ait pas Ă©tĂ© tondue. Il faut savoir que le linge est en supplĂ©ment alors que ce n’énervait stipulĂ© nulle part dans l’annonce. Je l’ai appris 48h avant ce qui Ă©tait trop tard pour changer. Je ne trouve pas cela trĂšs correct. Sinon bon emplacement.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in Deauville wÀhrend der Osterferien verbracht. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen und man ist in 8 Minuten am Strand und in 15 Minuten am Anfang der Innenstadt. Wir konnten mittags und abends in der Sonne im Garten essen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
