amazing apartment
This was quite a lovely , luxurious, well stocked and well appointed apartment in the very heart of Deauville. It was clean, spacious, and easy walking to restaurants and shops. It was a little bit of a walk to the market and to the wine shop, but hey, we needed the exercise with all that good food. I had not dealt with a direct pay before, and found that a little difficult to navigate. We had always paid HomeAway directly. The wire transfers to the owner, while in reality not a big deal, were a bit confusing for us as first time users of a direct pay apartment. We had to have our bank directly wire Euro to the owner. It just took a bit of time and patience on our part to arrange this, since I had not done before. But the apartment is just as pictured, and once again, very lovely vacation home for a week for us. And the owner was most kind to be patient with our wired payments.
