Newly renovated and steps from the beach, this stylish main house (sleeps 6) and charming Coach House (sleeps 4) comfortably host up to 10 guests. Enjoy sea views from the lounge, a spacious family kitchen, and a private courtyard garden, lots of room to get together or have your own space. Ideal for families or friends, you're just a short walk to Deal’s shops, restaurants, bars, and historic seafront—combining comfort, convenience, and coastal charm in one perfect getaway.

A perfect home for a group which loves holidaying together, but enjoy their own space. Comprising of two self contained units - the main house with 3 double bedrooms and the Coach House Annexe with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom.

Step into the house and you'll find a double bedroom + bathroom on the ground floor. The hallway opens up to the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area - ideal for families and groups. With plenty of room to cook, eat, and gather, it’s fully equipped for anything from quick breakfasts to leisurely dinners.

On the first floor you will love the bright and airy lounge where large windows frame lovely sea views — a perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy a morning coffee while watching the waves.

Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to create a restful retreat, and with three modern bathrooms (including one en-suite), there’s no need to queue for a shower after a day at the beach.

Outside, the courtyard garden offers a quiet space for alfresco dining, evening drinks, or simply unwinding in the fresh sea air.

*Coach House Annexe*

Small but perfect home in the courtyard garden, with French Doors opening into the garden shared with the main house. The Coach House has a kitchen with a fridge/oven/hob, a dining table and comfortable seating.

Downstairs there is also a shower room & WC and a front door enabling private access to the street.

Upstairs there is a separate WC plus two bedrooms (one twin room and one double room).
