Séjour à La Panne

Exiger 80€ pour les frais de nettoyage est abusif pour un service non rendu. A notre arrivée : sanitaires sales, poussière accumulée partout, protège matelas déchiré, portes fenêtres arrière bloquées, 10 sacs poubelles dans le garage dégageant une odeur nauséabonde, aspirateur défectueux. Quel dommage pour ce logement offrant une si belle vue dans une agréable ville côtière.

tolle Lage, direkt am Strand mit Blick aufs Meer / Garage im Hof praktisch / Fahrstuhl prima / neues, sauberes Badezimmer / 3 Schlafräume und ein Wohn-Essraum, etwas ältere Möbel, Einrichtung aber ok / Stuhlhussen und Sofadecke müssten mal gewaschen werden, Küche mit vielen Geräten und viel Geschirr, leider manches für uns eher kleine Leute sehr hoch in den Schränken / die Türen von zwei Schlafräumen ließen sich nicht öffnen / die Fenster vor allem zum Meer schon lange nicht geputzt

Lage der Wohnung mit Garage sehr gut. Schnitt und Ausstattung sehr gut. Die von Vormietern bereits festgestellten Mängel (Zustand Sofa, Spülmaschine, Balkontüren) wurden noch nicht behoben. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war einwandfrei, schnelle und freundliche Antworten. Insgesamt ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Déception !

- bonne situation et vue magnifique - ménage mal (ou non) fait : poussière en-dessous des lit, sur les armoires, toilettes pas propres, vaisselle sale, ustensiles gras et en mauvaise état. - les fenêtres de 2 chambres sur 3 ne peuvent pas s’ouvrir (impossible d’aérer correctement) - lits poussiéreux (protections de matelas pas propres) - canapé abîmé et usé : housse non adaptée qui glisse sans cesse par terre - pas de télévision alors que l’annonce indique la présence d’une télévision avec satellite et câble. Annonce non conforme et prix trop élevé par rapport à l’état actuel de l’appartement !

Veel beloven maar niets werkt.

Het is niet wat je belooft bent. Er waren geen lakens, handdoeken enz aanwezig zoals op de site belooft. Er is ook geen werkende TV aanwezig. Bij de communicatie kan je niemand in het Nederlands bereiken. Er komt dus ook niets van in huis. En als je warm water wilt moet je wel elke dag de boiler eerst bijvullen.

L'appartement est bien avec une vue réellement superbe. Il est très bien situé aussi sur la digue. Garage mais si grande voiture, elle rentre au centimètre. Pour quatre, c'est bien. Bon séjour mais petits bémols : propreté pas au top à l'arrivée, télévision inutilisable (et du siècle passé au niveau connectique péritel), canapé abîmé et un lit cassé (mais nous ne les occupions pas tous). Impossible de contacter la propriétaire pendant le séjour pour des informations. Un peu la débrouille pour éliminer la poubelle entre le passage des éboueurs et la fin du séjour.

Lage einzigartig perfekt! Wohnung sollte mal gepflegt und gewartet werden.

Checkin Vorgang hat super geklappt. Die Schlüssel waren in einer Schlüsselloch in der Garage, hinter dem Gebäude. Man konnte direkt hinten durch den Keller ins Gebäude. Lage perfekt. Vordereingang direkt am Strand mit Dusche. Hintereingang war zum Zentrum gelegen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite war ein Getränkemarkt. Sauberkeit war nicht so in Ordnung. Teller und Besteck mussten nachgespielt werden. Sehr schöner Wohnbereich mit offener Küche. Bad und Toilette separat, können aber leider nicht abgeschlossen werden, sowie auch die Schlafzimmer. Türen von den Schlafzimmern zu dem hinteren Balkon sehr schwer aufzumachen! Spülmaschine und Fernseher funktionierten nicht richtig. Und sollten mal getauscht werden, sowie das Sofa!

Fantastische Lage!

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre erstklassige Lage. Man tritt aus dem Haus uns ist direkt an einem sehr schönen, Strand. Allerdings ist der Zugang schwer zu finden, da man bei Anreise über den Hintereingang in das Haus kommt. Nach ein bisschen Suchen hatten wir dann die Garage gefunden, wirklich toll ist auch, wie die Gastgeberfamilie den Zugang regeln. Dadurch ist auch ein Stau gar kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet, Geschirr und weiteres Küchengerät üppig vorhanden. Ein bisschen wurden wir davon überrascht, dass die Bettwäsche zu großen Teilen aus Laken besteht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung toll geschnitten. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im hinteren Bereich, so dass man ungestört ein Nickerchen machen kann, während im Hauptbereich das Leben weitergeht. Zwei Kritikpunkte waren allerdings deutlich: Die Wohnung war nur oberflächlich sauber. Bei dem stolzen Preis für die Endreinigung hätten wir hier mehr erwartet. Ein wirkliches Problem stellt leider die Couch dar. Der Bezug ist rissig und es waren wirklich überall kleine Teile davon zu finden. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind angereist und waren ständig damit beschäftigt, zu verhindern, dass es sich abgeplatzte Teilchen in den Mund steckt. Da halfen leider auch die notdürftig übergeworfenen Leinenbezüge nicht mehr. Zum einen passen sie nicht richtig über das Polster, zum anderen verrutschen sie, sobald man sich nur ruhig hinsetzt. Ich denke, wenn hier Ersatz angeschafft würde, wäre die Wohnung noch viel toller. Der Kontakt zur Gastfamilie war klasse. Antworten kamen schnell und freundlich. Mit anderer Couch kommen wir gerne wieder!

Bekamen erstmal eine falsche Hausnummer gemailt.Durch eigene Initiative Haus nach Stunden gefunden.Wohnung war schmutzigRestmüll vom Vormieter stand noch da. Im Badezimmer nasse Handtücher.Wo fand da eine Endreinigung statt? Couch total zerfetzt. Man konnte sich nicht daraufsetzen. Die Lage 1a. Die gleiche Wohnung würden wir sicherlich nicht wieder buchen.

Die Hausnummer des Objekts "Doris" ist nicht Zeedijk (Die französische Variante Digue de mér steht auf keiner Karte und keinem Schild) Nr. 58, sondern 69! Das sind ca. zweihundert Meter Unterschied, die man dann den Strandweg absuchen kann, während die Familie im Auto im Halteverbot steht - aber nur, wenn man überhaupt auf die Idee kommt, daß es so sein könnte, und in die richtige der beiden Richtungen läuft. "Doris" Steht dann ganz klein über der Haustür. Die Garage ist kurz vor dem Hotel Escalope, gegenüber dem Getränkemarkt. Sonst eigentlich sehr schön

Rangement vaisselle, verres, assiettes...

Super séjour dans cet appartement très agréable. Juste une remarque concernant la difficulté à pouvoir accéder à diverses choses - comme les verres, assiettes, etc - qui sont placés dans des endroits « haut perchés »... impossible pour un enfant ou personne de moins de 1,60m des atteindre sauf avec une escabelle.
