I've stayed here several times and its convenient for travelers. Service is very good but not great, although it has improved over the last 5 years. Housekeeping, check-in, lobby and bar staff are excellent. Restaurant staff is terrible.

Very convenient to airport with free shuttle service. The in door pool and spa complex is outstanding. Subway to Taipei City is next to hotel.

The hotel was very convenient for transfer. It was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was an airport hotel so we were not expecting massive entertainment in the area. All in all it lift up to our expectations and it was very clean.

Nice Airport Option for Layover

As expected with a Hyatt Regency airport hotel. Clean, friendly staff, quiet room, excellent shower, nice included breakfast buffet. Shuttle less than 10 minutes to T2

Just a convenient hotel. Used to be Novotel. Old and outdated small rooms. Great staff and airport transport staff. But nothing else to it. Old, smelly, tiny, but the sheets and the bed were nice.

Nice airport hotel. Frequent shuttle to and from airport. Look for Hotel Bus sign. Nice food - not cheap but as expected. Excellent gym and fabulous pool/sauna and spa.
