Simply pack a bag and travel to this delightful Daytona Beach Shores property with breathtaking views. This lovely studio oasis is conveniently located off Dunlawton Ave. Our location is close to many of the amazing activities and restaurants in Daytona and in Ponce Inlet. We offer a private balcony with a beautiful patio table and chair set where you can enjoy coffee or dinner looking at the ocean. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including shades and blackout curtains, all cooking staples, and coffee/tea. Located just over an hour from the theme parks. Tons of things in the area, concerts at the Bandshell, Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet, mini golf, and much much more, Our studio can accommodate up to 2-4 guests. 1 queen bed / 1 queen pullout couch / 1 full bath

***Before inquiring, you must accept our Policies below:
- Tenant must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. No exceptions!!
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No trailer parking
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Renter(s) are liable for any damage to the unit

*** READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH: The pool area is currently not available for use, work is being done on the building and on the sea wall. Once these improvements are complete they will be finishing up the pool.
Other repairs are on-going, and the listing will be updated as these projects are completed and ready for use. Please follow all notices around the property since many items are being worked on.

    Everything was great . I will use this again after all of the construction is finished. Hostess was always there when we needed to ask a question. I didn't take any pictures. Usually I do but this was a much needed get away

    The room was quite clean with great views of the ocean from the balcony and room. The room felt very vacationy with a beachy aesthetic. The only drawbacks were that the curtain over the door to the balcony did not fully cover the door making it difficult to sleep in. Also, the AC unit seemed to struggle to the keep the room as cool as we like, but others might find it suits their temperature preferences. We really appreciated that the host provided beach towels and other beach stuff. Overall a very good experience.
