It's conveniently located on the 1st floor offering luxury along with spectacular views of the Atlantic from the direct ocean front private balcony. No need for elevators as the private balcony is steps away from the pool and the ramp to the beach is only a few steps away! This unit has a private wifi to keep you well connected. All of the furniture and decor was carefully selected to provide a feeling of comfort and luxury that is truely hard to come by. This unique property features a large open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
