Mrs. Vicki was amazing. My stay perfect. Room was clean. Ocean in view and walking distance. I really loved our stay. Absolutely will keep our vacations at this location.

Looks like it just finished with a remodel on this older model building, we stayed in the room right by the office, it was roomy, 2 queen beds, small microwave and small fridge. They had wifi BUT it was not the best, the staff was super sweet . We stayed during Daytona Bike Week, so it was a little pricey( for the room ) Hot water was the best , I always love a super hot shower

Promised an ocean view got the only room that didn't have an ocean view right behind the office next to the highway where you could hear every vehicle and every conversation on the sidewalk along the street in our room. The front door didn't seem to have a seal and couldn't hardly get any sleep there. Take a shower and the water pools out in front of the toilet. Had planned to stay there three nights decided we couldn't do it. they promised to refund our money through Expedia and then changed their minds. we left anyway

I received an email regarding parking at the property. We had 2 rooms. 2 vehicles. And a parking pass would be on the table in the room waiting for us to display on our dashboard. Well that was completely wrong. There was no parking passes. Lady in the office told us that the county took over their parking lot, We could park across the street or in one of the 5 spaces at the hotel. Beach parking was $30 a day. We had to play the game of trying to find a parking spot for 4 days. We had very limited and spotty TV service. Our bathroom door never closed fully. Never had clean towels replaced. The other room front door had to be locked for it to stay closed, That room was given brand new bath towels, unwashed and had price tags still on them, It was like "drying off with wax paper". Both rooms were to be King efficiency. Only one was. One night we got back to our rooms after a long day out and wanted to rest but the rooms smelled terribly of marijuana. So many details were listed on the amenities and few were delivered. I would not recommend this place to others or stay here again. Was not worth it. Would like a partial refund for all of our inconveniences from the property.

Our experience was excellent. We were welcomed by the very attentive staff after a poor experience at another hotel. The location was great and it was complimented by genuine people who care about the guest experience. Would definitely stay again.

Motel is super convenient to everything. Rooms are very nice and clean. Property is dated and pool is shut down due to hurricane. Staff is excellent. Love the fact you walk right outside to your own picnic table and can be in the ocean quickly.

The inside of the rooms were recently updated which they did a pretty good job..The outside looks pretty rough.Parking is awful. They only have a few spots. If you park anywhere else near the hotel and dont pay the parking police will get you.Its ok for a day ot two stay.Thats about it.

Hard pass

Floors stay wet from the humidity. Air condition did not work correctly. Base boards were full of sand, had not been cleaned in a while. There’s no one working in the front desk, so we only had 2 washrags and 4 towels for the 2 of us for the 4 days we were there. Could not park on the grounds because there were only 4 parking spots, had to park in the road across the street. Internet service was spotty, tv kept buffering.

Vicky and Tim were great! Our AC didn’t work but Vicky and Tim gave us a portable ac unit. Vicky deserves an award, she does it all!! Ftont desk, management and housekeeping. I am an Area Operations Manager for several hotels in Orlando and for het yo be a one women show is remarkable. She does it with a smile. My husband and I had a great time and we will definitely be back again.

Hotel of horrors and deception.

When I got their they argued with me that I didn't have a reservation at their empty hotel even though I continued to show them my receipt. They failed to let anyone know ahead of time that the city took their parking and guests could not park on the property unless it was on the patio in front of the office. Which had enough room for 1 car. I had seen the sign from the city and asked where I was able to park, if not for that my car would have been towed. They were doing renovations and you could smell the paint and chemicals outside the rooms. When you walked into the room it smelled as though they dumped a gallon of Fabuloso throughout. The smell was so toxic it immediately made my husband and myself sick. When I told the manager about it as we immediately checked out she just chuckled and said yeah my daughter likes to use a lot of Fabuloso when she cleans. The door would not lock correctly and they had padlocks around the knobs. It was horrid and I would tell y'all for your own health and safety stay far away from the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised. Due to Hurricane Milton, the area suffered some damage, but the property seemed fine and my unit was quite good. Spacious. Comfy. Convenient. Able to make a meal there.

Is not worth it

Outdated and uncared. The check in process took 2hrs and I ended up in a motel due to lack of clean rooms and available keys. Construction was going in the relocated motel and they continue to bang on the ceiling until well past 9pm.
