Perfect!

We have stayed in many different condos in our 20+ years of visiting the Daytona area and this was by far our favorite. It was quiet, safe, secure, extremely clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, the pool, deck and hot tub were clean and large enough that you weren't on top of other guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. Communicating with Dennis was easy. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Condo!

We had the best time on our recent trip to Daytona Beach Shores!! The condo we stayed in made our trip even better. This unit is huge and well laid out. It is extremely clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Even the mattresses in the bedrooms are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The views from the balcony are stunning. The owner provided special touches that made our vacation special. There were beach chairs, sand toys, a tent, and boogie boards available for us to use. This was so nice and really saved us some extra money. There was even a sign in the laundry room welcoming us to use their detergent. Those little touches made this place one I’d love to rent again! I would recommend this place to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment!

Spring Break 2024

What a beautiful place! We have been going to Daytona Beach for over 30 years and staying at another resort. Their pool wasn’t ready, so we found Sanibel Resort. Unfortunately, we found out a few weeks before we came that their pool wouldn’t be ready either, but we decided to keep our reservation and were beyond happy that we did. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and the beach access through the parking garage was perfect! Our kids and grandkids stayed in the unit with us and we had an awesome week on the beach! We also loved the privacy and security of the building. As many memories as we have at our former condo, we loved everything about Sanibel and can’t wait to come back!

Really enjoyed the condo

The owner is very responsive and kind. The view and location are amazing. Bedding was comfy. Everything you need is there. Once you figure out the garage/elevator system its easy to get in and out. Property feels very safe, location is great and tenants are super friendly. Very well maintained. The pool area was damaged by last years storm but well under way of being repaired. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! We had a really great time, even though the building had damage to the pool and hot tub area making it unusable. The beach was great, and the area had fun things to go do! Hoping to have the chance to stay again and have the pool and hot tub to enjoy!

Family trip

It was an amazing experience Dennis was great from check in to check out, we where very sad that the hurricane took out the pool but we still enjoyed the beach. The place is so clean and now that we are home we miss the waves crashing in the am!

This property was just like the pictures ! It’s so spacious and fit 8 people just fine, it has a nice open layout with a huge sectional! The beds was so comfy, every condo I’ve stayed in doesn’t compare ! They even have extra beach towels for you to use which was a plus ! I’ll definitely be staying in this condo again!
