Welcome Home! We would love to have you visit in our home away from home. Double gated community!! It's like your old home town when you can just walk, ride bikes or just enjoy all of the beautiful nature that's around you. When you enter the tall, large gates you will see two beautiful lakes, large homes and beautiful condos. We have three pools (pool 1 is a zero entry level, pool 2 is baby wading pool on lakeside and pool 3 over looks the ocean), 2 hot tubs, club house, cabana's, workout center, kids zone water area, kids zone room (Large TV and games). All of this is available to you!

Our condo is decoratively exclusive...we have made it feel like home for you to relax and just enjoy yourself. As soon as you open the front door you are greeted by fine furnishings to custom draperies throughout, granite counter tops, porcelain tiles, walk-in tile shower, deep bathtub, 2 sinks in master suite, balcony with 6 chairs and table to have your morning coffee overlooking the beautiful water or have a lovely evening dinner to gaze at the moon over the water.

As you enter the condo you are greeted by the beautiful water view, palm trees, from the foyer, kitchen, breakfast room, den, and master suite. The ocean is unbelievable with its cinnamon colored sand and shells.

I hope you come and enjoy this beautiful area that God has made.

Needs a coffee table. Quite a ways from pool. Minimal amenities. Communication with owner abysmal. I responded three times to her emails. Never heard back until the very last minute. Won't be back for sure.

Needs a refresh
We enjoyed the location of this property in a gated community overlooking a large pond and walking bridge. The beach was relatively close, a short walk across the street. The pool was a little farther away then we were led to believe in the listing and other reviews. However we were able to drive there with our elderly parents and found parking. The unit itself is badly in need of a refresh. The lighting was bad throughout, dark and dim, some light fixture simply did not work. The furniture was worn badly and or broken. The carpet was not clean, and smelled. We were reluctant to sit on the patio furniture because the cushions were dirty and the table rusted. The internet and TV combo was extremely complicated without proper instructions on how to operate. We feel if you are renting a unit at this price level one should check that all these things like remotes, fridge filters, lighting are working properly. The beds were comfortable, however linens and towels were threadbare and in need of replacement. We made the best of our 18 day stay, enjoyed walks on the beach and the use of the pool and hot tub. We would not stay in this unit again. It was poor value.

Thanksgiving Stay
Accessing the key to get in was easy! The unit is great, plenty of room for 6 people, appliances all work and are clean. Bathrooms, laundry, were also very clean. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I could not open the sliding door to balcony, I did not want to force anything, we contacted the owner, they responded within minutes with a phone call. Excellent service. Easy to walk on the beach. One thing, the pools/hot tubs close at 5pm this time of year. Overall a great stay, would stay here again!

Terrific Stay in a Great Location
Great location, quiet, and easy beach access. Amy was Super easy to deal with and Very Accommodating! Pools were big and warm. Read reviews about rocks on beach, but we found lots of sand as far out in the water as we wanted just a few steps south. Wished that we would of stayed here our entire trip. Great Place!

Family Vacation
We had a great time in Palm Coast. The pool and beach were just a short walk away. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were just right for a relaxing vacation. The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room for everyone. Amy was super to work with and made the experience very easy.
