Beach access is perfect and a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The bed was comfy, the room was clean warm and inviting, it’s a quick and easy walk into town. Our host was great she gave us all the necessary information and asked about our arrival time and any special needs we might have.

The rooms are cozy and the view is excellent. The outdoor seating area is very nice and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a five star on this visit is the sheet on the mattress was very uncomfortable and made sleeping less relaxed than on previous stays. I still love this place. Next time I'll bring my own sheet.

The accommodations were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The staff took time to contact us the day of arrival with checkin instructions, and even asked if we would like ice in the room upon arrival. Great patio areas and beach access, and was in walking distance to the Flagler Ave. entertainment area. Overall a cool little retro hotel to visit!

This is a true boutique hotel with 5 nicely appointed rooms, all with direct beach access through a well kept yard with tables and chairs for each room. This was not our first stay and won't be our last!

Very cool gem! The pictures do not do justice. Ocean at your doorstep, thoughtful chique design, and extremely personable and friendly reception. We highly recommend. Plus, great dining and nightlife options within walking distance.

Poorly Run and Way Over-Priced When we arrived, the vertical blinds on the sliding glass door were broken. The owner admitted they knew but said their handyman was busy, and they were never fixed during our three-night stay. On the second night, all guests were awakened at 3:30 a.m. by police pounding on doors due to the lack of an emergency contact number on the office door. A housekeeper also threw away my dental mouth guard, mistaking it for a drink, and despite searching the trash, it was never recovered. The owner promised to discuss compensation but never followed up. During our stay, fire alarms went off in every room when another guest burned food, and we had to hang towels over the broken blinds for privacy. Although advertised as a “boutique” hotel, it felt poorly managed and not worth the cost.
