Dirty place! The rooms smell bad! The bathroom was dirty, showers terrible. The bath towel with poor quality. Breakfast was definitely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The lobby almost exclusively smelled like weed, so thats what we were welcomed with upon arrival. The room was decent enough but there was a ringing sound that we couldnt figure out where it came from. We're pretty sure it was the mini fridge, but at times we also thouht it was the lights...regardless of where it came from, it caused a headache all weekend. The outlets on one side of the bed didnt work. The air conditioning literally did whatever it wanted. We would set it on 72 and it would change itself and be anywhere from 69 to 75. The cleanliness was decent. The couch and couch bed had stains, but being in the hospitality business myself, I know that's to be expected. The parking lot is TIGHT. So be prepared for that. And if you're there for a race, the shuttle people they provide are a joke. The breakfast was just ok. Good enough for free I suppose but it wreaked havoc on us internally. All in all the place needs a major face-lift, a good scrub and a thermal fog. If you're there for the view, that's about the only good thing I can say about this one...the view is great. There's something about waking up on the beach that just does good for the soul.

Parking was cramped. Sufficient, but backing a 1/2 truck was a challenge. Check in was efficient. The common area carpets are well used. The room was spacious and clean. It was a bit dated but not bad. Balcony was roomy but didn’t have any chairs. Ocean view was great even without seating. Breakfast was average. Looked forward to fresh waffles but there was French toast instead. There was plenty of room to sit with a view of the ocean. The hotel is nice, just not what I was expecting from a Hyatt. Still a nice place to stay but will probably try another place next time
