Nous avons été très bien accueillie par la réception, les employé étais toujours souriant et aimable. Les déjeuner sont très bien et varier à chaque jours. Piscine très propre et grande. Très belle Chambre, propre et lit confortable.je vous recommande une chambre vue partiel sur l’océan, une très belle vue et vous allé très bien voir les lever de soleil. Le seul point denatif que j’ai à dire au sujet de cette hôtel est le manque de pression d’eau dans la douche et que l’eau chaude tarde à venir. Et pour 4 nuits à cette hôtel, personne n’est venue changer nos serviettes de bain, nous avons dû en faire la demande. Sinon c’est un endroit parfait ou séjourner.

Afternoon concierge guys were really nice both of them. Housekeeping was very sweet. Room wasn't as clean as it should be but we always carry lysol spray and wipes. Fridge didnt work at all even though they change it but it just never worked.

I chose this property for the location and really good reviews, but it was disappointing. The place needs updating. The breakfast was limited and it was challenging to find napkins. No one cleaning the tables or checking on quantities. The front desk people were not very friendly and didn’t provide any information unless you asked. We travel often and this was an average experience at best. Considering there are many other hotels on the ocean in that area, they should make a better effort. Also, the place smelled of marijuana.

EXTREMELY UPSET with the level of service and state of maintenance of the hotel. Rooms don’t get serviced for days till we request and then request again snd then again and then if we’re lucky or staff decide to oblige the room will get semi serviced the next day after requesting. My room hasn’t been serviced in 3 days!!!!!!! When I ask for towels or any replenishment of tea/ coffee etc I’m asked to come down and wait at the front desk to collect. It seems rooms are serviced only upon check out . But WHAT ABOUT LONG STAYS???? Are we supposed to live in rot for the entire stay. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told he will be a few minutes and I waited in the lobby for OVER 40 MINUTES AND GOT FED UP AND LEFT, I think they’d exactly what he wanted to ACCOMPLISH!!! MAKING AN UPSET GUEST WAIT TILL THEY GIVE UP AND LEAVE!!!

Check in was at 4:00. So understaffed I suppose that no rooms were ready. It took 2 hours to get the room we paid for. They have a balcony but no chairs. Said we could have them but other people put some out and they said nothing . Said we could not take breakfast to our rooms but they allowed Indian couple to do so multiple times. Breakfast was wonderful tho. They did that right. Poor water pressure in shower. Most attendants were very nice. I would not stay here again I don’t think

The hotel was very nice, employees were friendly and helpful the only negative was the breakfast was never fully stocked and took 10-15 minutes to be refilled. Great location, right on the beach

The lobby was clean and neat during my 4 days stay. My check-in process at 4:05pm was quick. However, there were several others experiencing a wait, as there were no available clean rooms. There are only two elevators, so you will have to wait often for them to travel all 10 floors. The oceanfront room view was amazing. Being able to sit on balcony at sunrise and sunset was great. The room was a little dated; mostly the lamps/light fixtures. The toilet handle needed to be held down 3 seconds to completely flush. The bathroom sink's water pressure was extremely strong, but the shower's water pressure was very weak. Hair was on the shower walls. The mini-fridge would not seal properly and leaked water. We were told the room would be cleaned every other day, but that did not happen. Getting replacement towels was a challenge. Giovanni, the front desk person, was very nice. He was the only person there one night and had a very angry long line of people. I never had a problem finding parking. The pool was nice and clean.

We felt that the staff was overwhelmed due to not enough help. When we arrive downstairs, there was no food available at 9:15 AM. There was paint peeling from the ceilings. There was mold in the bathroom. The bathroom door was about to fall off the tracks. The shower door did not work properly. The showerhead did not work properly. The water was cold. Overall our stay was very unpleasant.
