Second time, will come again

Our second time here and will come again when in the area. The reasons are great view, location, and fantastic breakfast provided. We would not stay at any hotel in Florida unless they had a pool. It's a beautiful pool with temperature held in the low 80s. That's OK, but I really wish it were a little warmer.

Pros: - Unobstructed views of the ocean from the room balcony was just wonderful. It's so enjoy to wake up every morning to the ocean right in front of you. Be sure to check out the sunrise at least once. - Easy access to the beach - 24 hour gym access. The TV actually works and has sound! - The rooms are above average. They are Smart TVs which have open HDMIs that can be used. - Not all hotels have breakfast included. This one does. It's an average breakfast but it will get the job done. I especially like that they have to go bags available for guests to use. The pancake maker is also pretty neat. - There is a pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. - There are plenty of diners, souvenir shops, ice cream shops and even a Publix among other things along the main street that the hotel is on - The staff was easy to interact with and friendly. - There are EV charging stations available - No resort fee. Many other hotels have that in addition to the daily rate. - There is plenty of seating for breakfast or use throughout the day. Beautiful views of the pool area and beach. - The rooms have plenty of outlets Areas for improvement: - Breakfast juices were watered down - No hot chocolate or chocolate milk available - There is a $9 per day parking fee - Water pressure in the shower could be better - A channel guide or list would be very helpful.

This property is great! The staff is friendly. The breakfast was really good. The pool and hot tub area are amazing! The directions do not take you to the property though. They take you to a neighborhood that doesn’t link to this location. Check your map before you go.

During our stay there was only 1 elevator running and the cleaning staff who had to use the same elevator were very gracious & patient, letting the guests go first, however, I bet their work day was longer & more frustrating.

Property is quite dated and parts are bordering on raggedy. 1 of the 2 elevators were not working for the entire stay. Pool towels supplied by front desk felt more like sandpaper than linens. The aroma of weed was very prevalent every time we walked into the room. The breakfast staff was delightful.
