The room was ok. You pay for the location not the quality of the room. The ladies at the front smdest were very nice and helpful. The windows are thin and do not keep out noise. Im not a fan of the souble parking amd having to let someone else move my vehicle.

Stayed here for one night on Black Friday. Couldn't stay asleep from the constant sound of revving engines and cars with no mufflers coming from the road. Felt like I was right next to a race track. It didn't stop until 2:30am, and we had to get up at 4am to get back on the road. The room has no blackout curtains. It was also very cold and the bedding was so thin we had to sleep in our sweatshirts over our PJs. The mattresses and pillows could use replacing. Parking is tight and not sufficient. We had to park in the overflow lot. On the positive side, staff was nice and the room was specious, updated, and clean but this is not an ideal location for a good night's sleep. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Great views from the room- however, the images online of the room do not reflect what the actual room looks like. The images showed a sitting area with a pull out couch and half wall divider- that is not the room I was placed in. The floors were dirty upon arrival, the elevator floor has a hole in it, and the shower water pressure was barely above a drizzle. Housekeeping did well keeping trash empty, towels replenished and beds made. But floors stayed sandy the whole time. Also, the tv would not connect so I could use any of the smart features.
