This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room was very dated and the pillow cases didn’t seem clean. The room smelled horrible. Even though it’s supposed to be non smoking hotel, anytime we went on the balcony it reeked of smoke. Couldn’t even leave the door open to hear the ocean. Got woken at 4am to a fire alarm that lasted at least 20 minutes. Then about half hour after it happened again. No fire. Then again at 8 am to the fire alarm. The bathroom tub wasn’t clean. There was dirt on the floor. Definitely a complete waste of money.

Rooms were smelly and the floor was dirty. Customer service was good . But the property is not at all satisfactory for the price we paid. I would not recommended to anyone . Someone knocked the door twice kidnight 140 am and we were with kids . All of us woke up scared .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. The area of Daytona Beach itself though is run down, dirty, with a lot of homeless people hanging around the parks, boardwalk, and beach. Kinda sketchy. The city looks like its been partying since the 80s and is now suffering with a major hangover.

Going down to the beach, stunk to high heaven. pool chairs were hard as a rock. The check-in staff was great, and the cleaning staff we encountered were great, but the person that came on our last day was not a very nice person. Hot tub was great.

Bed was sunk down in the middle and the whole room was moist due to being on the water and not well ventilated. We left our bathroom fan on the entire time to cut down on the humidity in the room. Very clean! Staff was all very friendly and the security in the parking lot for Bikeroberfest was much appreciated! Hotel is on the right in the photo and was very conveniently located!!!

My rood was ocean facing. I booked this room because it was rated 9.0. Its no where near 9 points. The property is very clean, but old. The room was cleaned and recently remodeled. It was just an average room. Water pressure is super low. Shower was cleaned, but had a cheap lousy shower head, so shower was sub par. Service at the hotel was good. This is a 7 room. Over all I enjoyed the stay.
