Staff very courteous. Room very clean, some cosmetic painting needs to be done and the tv remote didn't work properly. Elevator filthy. Breakfast was nice and coffee was hot and appreciated. We would stay here again, close to our family.

Friendly staff and a great breakfast in the mornings. My only complaint was our bathroom. Due to no ventilation fan, the paint was cracking and peeling on the ceiling and the shower liner appeared to have mold spots.

We booked a suite but when we checked in they told us all the suites were taken and all they had was a room with two queens. They told me they couldn't do anything about the charges for a suite that I would have take it up with Expedia. We were given a roll away bed but room was tight.

Hotel has always been great. Only problem this time was with the swing bar door guard on the door. The part on the door was broken off. I let them know about it Saturday morning around 8:30. I told the woman at the desk that I didn't feel totally safe. She put in a service order. It wasn't fixed when we got back around 4. No one ever came until Sunday just before we were leaving.
