My stay at Best Western was excellent . Easy check in .The gentleman who checked me in was polite and helpful The room was clean and smelled good . Towels were nice and white .Bed was clean and comfy . THe little breakfast bar , which is included , was very good . All the staff were polite and friendly . The area was quiet and I felt safe .

I'm a vegetarian and it was nice to have country style gravy for the biscuits. Coffee, juices for drinks, eggs and waffles. Areas were kept clean.

The whole hotel needed to be cleaned. Three were roaches in the room. The walls had chipped paint, the phone had fake eyelash showing it had not been cleaned. The lamp cables were a trip hazard. The wall blow dryer did not work. The toiletries were tiny and never replaced. It needs major upgrades and updates. Parking was very uncomfortable.

There was hair all over the bathroom and dead bugs throughout the place including the bathroom and in the fridge. Also, the cockroaches were big enough to walk on a leash! But that aside; we didnt get there

A lot wrong with cleanliness! Roaches started crawling from behind the bed! There was hair all in the shower, food in the “clean” bed and something nasty all over the bottom of the bed. People weee literally having sex in the pool so my kid couldn’t even swim 😬
