Disgusting mattress in nice apartment
Two issues. 1st night, we discovered that the unit had a full-size mattress. The ad listed a queen for the unit we rented. The host offered us another unit, but we were not going to return until late that night and did not want to repack our stuff to go to the other unit. So we decided one of us would utilize the blowup mattress that was provided in the closet. Ensure you have your sheets because none were provided for the mattress. On the 2nd night, I discovered the condition of the mattress. This mattress was severely stained from head to toe. I have seen better sitting on the street curb. It was disgusting!! Neither of us wanted to sleep on it, so my friend slept on the couch. I contacted the host a few days after our departure. The only response was that he would check into it. We spent two nights at this rental, and neither of us could get a good night's sleep either night. This unit was not the unit pictured in the ad, but it looked very similar. I don't understand why someone would put something nasty in a recently renovated unit. Beware of room 202!

Best Location and Stay in Dayton!
Will and his team are top notch hosts and we cannot say enough good things about him, his team and our stay. Very comfortable bed and bedding! Exceptionally clean and the complex felt incredibly safe. We were staying here for work and this location is the most absolute best location in the Dayton area out of all stays we have had over 5 weeks. Unlike some other listings that say you can “walk to The Green” but in reality it’s a mile or more, this location is directly At The Green entrance and you can walk to it across a side street in minutes. Looking forward to staying with these hosts in the future while in Dayton for work and would highly recommend to anyone that wants a comfortable, clean stay in a perfect location! Would give even more than 5 stars if we could!
