Comfortable Brick Ranch Near WPAFB, MetroParks, and Dayton Attractions

Welcome to this comfortable brick ranch, set up to give you a relaxed and practical home base while you are in the Dayton area. Whether you are here for work, family time, sports, or an extended stay, the home is designed to help you settle in easily.

On the main level you will find three bedrooms, including two with king beds and a third with a full size bed, along with a full bathroom, living room, and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and small appliances. You will find both durable kid (and patio )friendly dishes along with a full set of Mikasa plates. If you plan to cook you will have everything necessary to fix your favorites from simple breakfasts to full meals. The refrigerator is apartment size and works well for most stays. A Kroger Marketplace is within eyesight of the home, making quick grocery runs very convenient. Food and grocery delivery options are widely available in the area.

The finished lower level provides extra room to spread out. Downstairs you will find a pool table, an additional table for games or work, a dedicated workspace, and a foldable desk that can be moved to the spot that works best for you. There is a comfortable sofa in the lower level that offers additional sleeping space, along with a convenient half bath.

Outside, the home backs to athletic fields and open space. When school activities are not in session, you may enjoy the athletic fields and nearby school playground for the kiddos. Off street parking in the driveway is available for 3-5 cars and includes an additional parking pad that may accommodate an RV or trailer. This is parking only, no hookups are available.

If you enjoy the outdoors, Eastwood Lake MetroPark is very close by, and access. to Dayton's extensive paved bike trail networks is just behind the nearby Krogers.

This home is are conveniently located near Wright Patterson Air Force Base, the National Museum of the United States Air Force, UD Arena, the Nutter Center, John Ankeney Soccer Complex, and downtown Dayton all within 15 minutes. The Dayton International Airport is about twenty minutes.
