I booked to get free shuttle to airport. The only negative item was lack of hot water later in the day so I ended up taking a cold/temperate shower. I was very glad the next morning to take a hot shower to start the day

Even though we don’t speak Spanish the staff were welcoming and super helpful. We worked through the language barrier with ease. Room is comfortable and clean. Great restaurant and bar on the property. They even give you two complimentary drinks. Food was great. Will be staying here agin in two weeks and am already looking forward to it!

Everything about this place is simply perfect from the clean, comfortable, and well kept rooms to the exceptional hospitality and customer service that make you feel truly welcome. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay, and their attention to detail really shows. The on-site restaurant is another highlight delicious food, consistent quality, and a warm atmosphere that makes dining in a pleasure. Whether you’re staying for a night or an extended trip, Aranjuez Hotel & Suites is the kind of place you’ll always look forward to coming back to. Costumer service is great, my rooms are always great, hospitality is amazing, just all in general.
