As you drive down the tree lined street, to this is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a private pool, you will feel like you have arrived at your home away from home.  This property boasts no rear neighbors with conservation views at the rear.  Located on the cul de sac, this home is on a very quiet end of the street.  Only 2-3 minute walk to the main receiption and the walk-in community pool. This home is located in a community with a 24-hour manned gated entrance.  Suitable for families on vacation or a quiet weekend away.

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Great stay

Beautiful property immaculate inside and out. The pool table in the garage made for great evening entertainment. In a perfect location for either coast and of course all the parks! Have stayed at this location before and would definitely be back next time we are visiting Florida.

Nice gated community

The property was in a nice gated community. House and pool was clean and as advertised. The pool table was a nice addition for the husbands and the air hockey table would have been perfect for the kids, however it did not work. The drains in the main bath sink and shower took forever to drain, but we would definitely recommend this property.
