The property was remodeled well but the furniture was very very poor. The sofa was broken down when we arrived. The beds in each bedroom were broken and leaned on the floor. The mattresses are in need of replacement since they are brick hard and sit so close to the floors. I stubbed my toe numerous times trying to get into the bed because of the lumber that’s supporting the bed frame.

Don't stay!

Horrible experience will not stay or recommend to stay here. House alarm went off no way to turn off after being in the house for 2 hrs. Wifi did not work. Not enough towels for guests. House was dirty, bugs in Kitchen. Sheets and beds were dirty. Wall paper coming off of walls, drawers and cabinets broken.

Some issues…

*Ants was inside the kitchen. *The Washing machine wouldn’t start *Patio door is is hard to lock, one night we couldn’t lock it. *All the windows downstairs was unlocked when we came in the house. *Bathroom upstairs on the right bath tub stopped up.

Beautiful Home, Horrible Property Management

The house was nice and all but for what I paid and the experience and response time from the property manager and host was unacceptable. We stayed for 5 days and our issues were not even close to being resolved after discovering them the first day . From power flickering, broken beds, missing fan remotes and tv remotes the hosts are horrible . They went from attempting to fix the issue to saying they didn’t know anything about the issues . Just a bunch of games and bull crap . Krystal Bertrand & Tropical Escape Resort Homes are pointless and a waste of time. They don’t answer the phone or email in a proper time frame . I just can’t believe we pay all this money and treated this way . I will continue to stay at resorts and etc before going through this again in a house. On the other hand the house was new and beautifully decorated. But that don’t matter when stuff don’t work correctly.
