Nice hotel, with friendly staff. It’s ongoing renovations so expect noise at odd times, even at night. There is no gym to speak of, as the equipment is tossed in a guest room… Special mention to the breakfast buffet with lots of choice. The property is clean and well maintained. Pool doesn’t get much sun during winter minutes, so the water is rather cold. 3 stars is deserved, not more in my view.

There was a DJ playing music that was loud on the entry to the hotel. I had to yell just talk to the person checking in. The bed was not comfortable, extremely hard. The staff was very friendly though and kind, everything else was fine.

Poor front desk communication despite informed multiple times regarding the arrangement of a delivery. The staff is not communicating to each other and so I missed the parcel supppsedly to be picked up by my friends who stayed later than me. Two pillow given were soft, overall probably 1 star less experience.

I had several challenges with logistical travel. My bartender Ralph and Josh the lifeguard were absolutely incredible with their help. Cannot say enough how grateful I am to them both. Exceptional stay with exceptional service!!!!!!

What a nightmare not happy

This hotel is not very professional. The lights didn’t work properly in my room and they were very unresponsive to my needs. They weren’t nice at the front desk. The key didn’t work in the elevator and there were several other issues with construction going on in the room next-door, I would not recommend this hotel
