Poor front desk communication despite informed multiple times regarding the arrangement of a delivery. The staff is not communicating to each other and so I missed the parcel supppsedly to be picked up by my friends who stayed later than me. Two pillow given were soft, overall probably 1 star less experience.

What a nightmare not happy

This hotel is not very professional. The lights didn’t work properly in my room and they were very unresponsive to my needs. They weren’t nice at the front desk. The key didn’t work in the elevator and there were several other issues with construction going on in the room next-door, I would not recommend this hotel

July 2025 vacation

Service is excellent and staff are very courteous. The hotel has a bridge to the SM Mall. The carpet in the hallway smells stinky. Sink clogged. Not all lights are working in the bathroom. I have to do my make up near the windows.
