Sprawling oceanfront 5BR Beach House - Serenity by The Sea

Serenity by the Sea is a large 5 BR / 4.5 Bath beach house on the very edge of the Gulf of Mexico! The main living space offers a stunning 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico, where you will be enveloped by light and our Gulf Coast's sandy white beaches. Walk down the steps you feet will soon be wet as you are right on the beach!

The oceanfront porch has both a shaded screened-in area and a massive sun deck to catch the rays or look up at the stars at night while you listen to the waves and enjoy the breezy salt air.

The bedrooms are spread out over three stories with great space throughout for your family and friends to spread out and relax into your beach vacation.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Brought the children and grandchildren for Spring break vacation. We loved the house and the access to the beach. Very roomy. The house does need a deep cleaning, i.e., base moulding, cabinet faces, doors and certain areas dusted. The bed in the master bedroom is definitely too tall for the elderly. My husband had a hard time getting in and out. But, overall we would love to rent again! Thanks for the memories we made!

The layout of the house is great for a large family! The home itself definitely could use some work with a lot of updates needed. Overall we could over look those things, but we were told that a cleaning service was coming before we arrived and I’m not sure that was true. There was sand in the made beds which makes you think maybe the sheets weren’t washed properly. Over half of the bath towels were under sinks wet still and the floors and rugs had dirt and sand on them when we arrived. Also, dust was covering majority of “plants”, shelves, drawers, and counters. We ended up cleaning the house before we unpacked which is not an ideal way to start a vacation. Our number one positive was the beach and how private it was. We love dauphin island but probably won’t rent this particular home again due to condition.

Lots of room, perfect ocean beach

We enjoyed this house’s ample comfortable space on the pristine ocean beach in a quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and accommodations and equipped as advertised.

Perfect For Large Family!!!

We were there for my daughter’s wedding and we all stayed here so were could all be together!!! The wedding party stayed here as well! We were all very comfortable and there was plenty of space!!! Everything was just as it was in the pictures!!! Very large kitchen, large deck spaces and the perfect beach view and access!!! We even saw dolphins!!!
