4 Bedroom on Beach! Hot tub! Footsteps from the water!

Simply Blessed is a newly built pet-friendly, four-bed, four-bath beach house on the West End of Dauphin Island! This beach house has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and is just footsteps away from the water! This home is outfitted with new furniture and appliances, with a tasteful sense of design and comfort. The back deck is spacious with spectacular views. Sit in your private hot tub and look out over the white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. You will not forget this experience!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-dog maximum limit, $100 pet fee per dog applies.

What we needed for sure!!

The stay was so relaxing and the views were amazing. The property was very nice and the big showers are a HUGE plus. Super clean and supplied enough of what was needed for a few days. We would LOVE to come back soon!

Fantastic location!

This property was immaculately, clean and right on the water. My son literally fished from the balcony (although he didn’t catch anything ha ha). He really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for everyone. Excellent property!

Everything was clean. Hot tub quit, sent a text and they fixed it the next day. Hot tub cleaning crew didn't do a very good job cleaning. View was great and rooms and showers were great

Great Stay!

Everything was great! The property managers responded quickly to any questions we had. There was a storm that came through the night before our check in and the internet was down, they answered all of our questions quickly via text and called to make sure all was well. We loved the bedroom furniture and layout. No complaints.
