We love this hotel, we travel with our pets, it is clean, comfortable, great heating and AC. Close to everything. staff is friendly. They ensure the room is unscented for me. This time the pool was closed for repair.

The pool closure was not well advertised when booking on the Expedia site. Staff calling to confirm my check in time was inconvenient and I am not sure why I had to confirm what time I would be at the hotel. Buffet was fantastic. Three towels and wash cloths for 4 guests did not make sense
