They should improve on rooms, shower sinks are rusty, had to change the room, staff atitude, esp the reception lady, and they should hav someone to show you the rooms unlike giving you keys to see for yourself without anyone to show you around,

Very noisy hotel at night with revellers drinking in the bar. Some come in from outside the hotel. Loud banging sound on guests door late in the night. Felt very unsafe. Breakfast is abysmal. And the cleaners stole my perfume too so one wouldnt leave any personal items in the open. Why would i be forced to move aroumd with my personal items for fear of being stolen? I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Food was cheap tho. And some members of staff are okay but not all especially the Chef and cleaners.

The door on my room couldn't close so I had to wedge a door against it, the bath room was smelly.

Hotel was in the heart of the City. Nice place with good view. But Dirty cleaners were not doing a good job in terms of cleaning. Staffs need to learn about customer service. They need to be friendly and kind. No hot water in the hotel even if I called and asked if they had hot water. Door nob and sink into the toilet was full of dust. Toilet were not cleaned properly.

Yövyimme hotellissa vain yhden yön varatun ja maksetun 4 yön sijaan. Paikka on todella huonokuntoinen, ränsistynyt, likainen, aamiainen ala-arvoinen: ei kahvia, ei maitoa, pieni munakkaan palanen ja paahtoleipä. Ravintolassa ei ole ruokalistaa ollenkaan. Ainoa hyvä asia oli hyvä ruoka! Ravintola keskittyy kaljan juomiseen, aivan liian meluinen paikka. Vastaava mieshenkilö oli koko illan ravintolassa asiakkaiden kanssa ja selvästi juopunut. Sänky myös ala- arvoinen, vanha patja. Pakko oli muuttaa yhden yön jälkeen pois. Aina mainoksissa luvataan paljon enemmän kuin paikan päältä löytyy, esim. pyykinpesutilat! Huonekalut risaisia ja likaisia. Puhelin huoneessa ilman johtoa ja hyvin pienestä tv: tä näkyi vain yksi kanava, jonka joku oli jossain valinnut ja sekin aivan hämärästi.
