Needs some updates

Room was small , beds were small . Wasn’t that clean there were dead bugs on the floor . There was a used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The side door was always unlocked and the window was opened on the way up to our room .

You get what you pay for

Elevator doesn't work and has not for awhile. Breakfast had dry cereal, cinnamon rolls and juice, not much selection. Hard to get people at front desk. Manager was nice but obviously short handed, room was clean and comfortable and ac was turned low like I like it. Price was good

Front desk staff claimed they couldnt find our reservation. But said if we just made a new booking directly with him, that he could cancel the expedia reservation on his end. How do you cancel it if you cant find it. When asked this he mumbled nonsence.and made no eye contact.

The room smelled of bug spray and was not clean, the elevator was non functional, stayed on the 3rd floor, but the customer service was good. It was somewhere to lay my head, for last minute, and over priced.

The service wasn't good at all. No continental breakfast just a bowl of raisin brand was available breakfast area was the lobby my room wasn't clean, the floor was slippery and needed to be swept had black mold on the curtains and i killed 3 spiders. The worst Super 8 I've ever stayed in.

It served it's purpose, but we'll not be returning

First off, the elevator didn't work. We later heard it has been out for months. We were on the 3rd floor, but aside from hauling the luggage up 3 flight of stairs, we didn't mind the exercise. Our room was missing the smoke detector and still had dirty towels behind the door from the previous occupant(s). When we walked in we found a puddle of liquid in the middle of the floor between the 2 beds that we hoped was water, and cleaned it up ourselves with the dirty towels left behind. The staff was super nice and I have no complaints on that topic. I was very disappointed that anything carrying the Wyndam name had missed quality control by such a wide margin. Overall, it served it's purpose but we'll not be returning.
