No Late Checkout?

Was in Danville with several friends doing the inagural Three Sisters Marathon. When I booked the room, I requested a late checkout. I received a response that they are 'adding it to my folio'. Upon checking in, I reminded them of the late checkout- the front desk clerk said that they do not offer late checkout on Saturdays. The chckout is 11am. No exceptions. This was extremely frustrating and dissapointing as we didn't wish to drive 1.5 hours home in wet, sweaty clothes. I honestly wish I knew this before booking because it possibly would've changed my decision. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable. Didn't go to breakfast as the run was Saturday morning, but it looked really good and plentiful.

i was pleasantly surprised with this site. it was clean with nice amenities, clean linen and pleasant staff. the bathroom was super clean, the hot water was hot and the pressure in the shower was great.

I was very impressed. The beds and pillows were super clean and comfy. The room was also very clean. Check in and check out was easy. There even was an outdoor pool for me to lounge at. Staff was great. I'd definitely stay here again.

Older hotel

An older hotel that has a musty smell in the rooms. I stayed here with my college team. There were several bathroom tubs that were not cleaned well. I did like the convenient location of this hotel. The staff was nice to work with.

Smelled and in poor condition!! Way over paid!

Well to start the room smelled awful! You can tell someone was trying to cover up a smell with overly perfumed spray and then it just smelled like smoke, mildew and perfume. The carpet was gross and there was dirt or smoke on the drapes. The shower head was also gross and falling off. I’ve stayed at nicer places that cost less and $200 for this room was awful!

The smell in the room was unbearable. Whatever was that they used to mask either longstanding carpet dirtiness or cigarette smell, was disgusting, it gave me allergies and asthma. Would never be back there!
