Everything was so nice, we traveled with our three teens. The property was very clean, the pools and amenities were all very nice. Lots of pools and spaces for everyone to enjoy. Limited alcoholic beverages but a good variety.

I truly enjoyed the resort. There were enough pools for everyone. The water park was a nice addition. We arrived on Tuesday, left on Friday and our room wasn't cleaned once. They did bring towel though.

My stay here was nice. The room was okay but the bathroom always had a foul smell. There are no elevators so if you don,t get the ground floor you will have to carry your luggage up two or three flights of stairs. They waited until the third day of my stay to give me some house keeping regardless of my request. The don't replenish hair conditioner which is important to know because the pool dries out your hair. some of the staff at the food stations had bad attitudes. The shuttle bus needs to be booked in advance. The entertainment at night was nice.
