Accommodation was average and way overpriced for what is offered. For Rate/night I would have thought that housekeeping would service the room especially towels and complimentary tea/coffee. Beaches are better in surrounding areas too. Cannot recommend.

A delightful surprise

Pros: The spacious safari tent and amenities - and the fact we could use the well equipped BBQ.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Cygnet Bay is beautiful and their pearl farm tour extremely interesting. We also visited the Hatchery at One Arm Point and Kooljaman at Cape Leveque.
This was our first safari tent experience and we loved it. It had a spacious living area and an en suite. Although we had booked a twin room through Wotif - and received confirmation of a twin room - when we arrived at our tent it was made up as a queen bed. I rang Reception to explain our problem and they didn't hesitate. They came over right away, separated the beds and remade them as 2 singles which meant changing all the linen. They were cheerful and so accommodating. We also used the outdoor BBQ and kitchen facilities as we were then able to cook our dinner which was a bonus. I had intended to book at the other nearby (famous) location but instead chose Cygnet Bay as we were going on their pearl farm tour the next morning. What a great decision and much more convenient to be there the night before.

Thank you for your feedback. We will take your suggestions on board and hope that you still enjoyed your stay with us. Some of our roads and accommodation was only put in this year so we are still working on more signage and improving our maps to help finding your way around the farm easier. We are continually looking at ways to improve our services and facilities and hope you will consider coming back and visiting us again in the future. Kind Regards, Jessie.
