The whole experience was amazing. I was shocked. The hotel room was large and clean. The sheets fit the bed. Believe it or not the bed was actually comfortable. Plenty of places to eat around the area. Very quiet. I couldn’t have been more impressed with this stay.

I got to this review page by responding to an email asking how my check in was... which was received immediately after booking and prior to check-in. The room was clean and we could easily control the temperature. There were plenty of towels, good shower pressure, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and a good amount of storage for clothes and hanging jackets. A small microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and hair dryer were available and adequate for our needs. The tv had both cable and internet streaming capacity. The only slight negative was just cosmetic as the curtain sheers were shredded in several spots and coming apart. The room darkening curtains behind the sheers were fine. Breakfast was a good mix of items...eggs, a breakfast meat, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, variety of bread for toasting, cereal, fruit, milk, coffee, tea, and juice. The staff members we met were super nice and helpful. We had no concerns about noise or safety, and we'd definitely stay at this Best Western Plus again.
