Overall, this was an excellent place for what I traveled to Dallas for. The room and property were spotless. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast had plenty of options. While it didn't bother me, the noise in the area could be a little loud for some people, but that's beyond the hotel's control.

Unfortunately the problems started upon arrival, not from the hotel but Expedia. As I went to check in I was told Expedia never contacted the property to change my dates I got mixed up earlier, so my room was no longer available and had to take a single bed instead of my originally booked 2 separate beds for me and my friend. The problems only worsened throughout the night with the faucet coming completely detached from the sink just from turning the water on, to being able to hear EVERY single footstep above you. The floors creaked like no other and the steps sounded like loud stomps (even us just walking to the bathroom sounded like we were wearing high heels) , and people were walking around above us all hours of the night. On the outside you could hear sirens, engines revving on the highway all night. This was probably the worst nights sleep and worse experience I’ve had staying at a hotel.

Great hotel. High value.

Overall, the site and the room were great. We needed a room with accessibility features. Everything was good, with one exception; The bathroom soap dispenser requires 2 hands. Squeeze with one hand and catch with the other. My guest is paralyzed on one side and struggled with the soap at the sink. For your rooms designed for mobility issues, I recommend all soap /lotion dispensers to be easier to use with only one hand.

Weird staff. No water or milk available at breakfa

The staff wasn’t friendly or attentive at all. They didn’t even mentioned I needed to registered cars. Didn’t communicate much about breakfast hours or taking in food etc. The next morning when they had breakfast they didn’t have water or milk. We had to buy it! And certain electronics weren’t working. Al of these I have mentioned can be fixed right away but they didn’t. I didn’t feel good around the staff in that hotel.
