When checking out this morning, the staff was amazing. The staff at night was not helpful at all. I had a dog with me and when I told the from desk person, he just grunted at me. Then asked for my card. I had to ask him how much he was running it for (deposit and pet deposit) he charged me. Gave me my key and then told me it would be 25$. I said for both? He said no. 25$ for the room and 100$ for the dog. I knew I would have to pay, but at least tell someone. It’s not like you got a board on the back wall with pricing. Then when I asked where the room was located, he just grunted and pointed at this map. Like I had been here before. It was just not a cash money time. The room was amazing and the morning workers were awesome. It was just that one guys customer service skills. I get it’s late, but you still need to at least be able to respond and not grunt at me.

Good not great. Worth it for the space

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and will probably stay there again. With that said this stay had its problems. I stayed in a 2 bedroom room. I loved the space and the room actually got cold and the beds were comfortable. They cleaned the room everyday which was nice. However the kitchen sink had no hot water and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. We ran into housekeeping a few times and they seemed frustrated with us because we couldn’t speak Spanish to them. Also when we checked in, the man working the front desk was having an argument with another guest that was very unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever

The front desk guy who checked us in was rude to our kids. All they wanted was to go to the front office and purchase drinks and he acted as if they were thieves trying to take something when they had cash in hand. We had ants crawling everywhere kitchen and living room area. The pool wasn't working the entire time and it's still being advertised as available. Never staying again paid almost $500 for 3 days definitely wasn't worth it!

It is very close to the convention center. Good location. Found cockroach in first room and they offered to change the room. Pictures online show the room to be spacious but are rather smaller in reality.
