The hotel was very full to the National high school cheerleading finals and other conventions. The elevator service was very slow and sometimes would take 20-15 minutes. Definitely needs to be addressed/improved. Otherwise everything else was fine. Staff was great!

We had really been looking forward to our stay. When booking, Expedia had a 2 double bed room listed as “sleeps 5”. Two beds and pull out sofa. No such room exists. We had two people sharing a bed which was not comfortable. When I asked the hotel if we could move they had only a king room to “upgrade” us. They also denied us a roll away bed due to “safety” issues. Maybe it’s time for a remodel?

I turned on the hot water before stepping into the shower and i waited for over 20 minutes and no hot or even warm water would come through. after i gave up on waiting i decided to step in the shower i had to take a shower so I showered with cold water. when i was just finishing showering the only water that came out was very light warm..
