The hotel was great. I would definitely stay there again. Parking options/directions were not very clear so we had to drive the block and circle back to figure it out. (The entrance of the hotel that said parking was blocked off)

I stayed for 3 days . It was very nice and clean . The bed was really comfortable and it was very close to a lot of restaurants that you could walk to. Only thing I didn’t like was housekeepers never cleaned our room and I had to see one in the hallway to get more towels . But all in all a great stay

Overall not too bad. Area a bit sketchy but great location in terms of convenience. Hotel is dated and going through updates, they try to keep it clean but it’s old. Rooms are very dimly lit, not enough light. Valet is $42 per day and across the street parking is much less. Breakfast is basic at best. Within walking distance to a ton.

Solid clean hotel. Staff were nice. Breakfast was a simple continental style breakfast, but it was good. Location close to restaurants and JFK museum, an aquarium and reunion tower. I would stay again.

Great Hotel, Centrally located to attractions

Great updated hotel, centrally located. Minutes away from several attractions like American Airlines Center, Aquarium, Perot Science Center. Walkable to other attractions like AT&T Discovery Center or the Giant Eyeball. Unfortunately self parking was unavailable onsite(valet available), but a parking garage was easily available across the street. Many variety on the breakfast options and the room was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling to Dallas.
