provider did not provided the service with out previous notice.

on the day of the arrival around the 7pm trying to find the code or the key to enter the property the owner hag up on me twice. on the 3er time the owner said that the reservation was going to be cancel due to natural disaster. the property look fine from the outside.ower did not provided more info and ended the call. minutes later she canceled the reservation.
