Staff not helpful, understand that it’s closing busy should have not scheduled to be a Passion Conference participant. Room service was late and cold. We had to be at the Conway a certain time. The food was left outside the room for two days. Was told the kitchen would stay open until 11. They were always closed as well as the bar

The room was in great shape and the staff was very helpful. We came into town for a show and they pointed out the best way to get there. We also needed some extra toiletries and they got them straight to us.

They turned off keys well before check out- locking us out of the room, separating me from my youth son, my purse, phone- everything. Called front desk and had to go downstairs for a new key, then back up and that key didn’t work. Had to go back to the desk again and finally a manager was going to walk up with me, but a housekeeper had let my son in the room. This caused us to miss our flight and be stranded 1,000 miles away from home because we missed our uber. I am a bonvoy member- not happy about this. Accidents happen but their service level was poor.

Very disappointed with our stay. Our first room was unclean—hair in the shower, a dirty sink, and hair on the notepad (for reference, I have locs and my partner is bald). We had to switch rooms, which made us late for a graduation. The second room had no washcloths and the bathtub was peeling. Extremely unimpressed, especially for nearly $700 for two nights. We won’t be returning.

Jo at the front desk was awesome! So cheerful and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and the waitstaff and omelette chef were so welcoming on our early morning. Very attentive.
