I paid for a premium room on the 1st floor with parking in front of my room . I got that . However , the tv would not work and the heater was broken . I really didnt need the heater for the time until next morning . I called the front desk and told them . They said i would have to change rooms . I was not told i would be downsizi g from what i paid for . They room they put me in was a huge downgrade . He said he could not do any better and he could not compensate me since i paid through Hotel app . Im very disappointed with this . Also i injured myself on a sharp towel rack when i bent down to put a tissue in the waste basket . It is mounted in a bad place . It gashed my forehead .

There was not a fridge in my room. Description clearly states there should be one. I asked to move rooms to one that had a fridge. There still none. They asked me to move again but I refused by then. It was uncomfortable moving rooms the first time due to we had a 19 hr drive and just wanted to rest. I also asked for two extra towels which never came. They said I had to wait till 7:30 am next morning. I called next morning and they said to call after 8am. Will not stay here ever again. I hope they better their customer service.

Room was very dirty, and unsafe. We tried to turn our tv on and some plug behind the TV started throwing sparks. Contacted front desk and they didn’t get back to us until 11pm about having someone come look at it. We had a 1 year old with us and was already sound asleep by 9pm. Very unprofessional and I will never understand why they would call so late. Never got a refund as they stated they would give. Will never be back. I don’t know how the room we stayed in is up to fire code. If we would’ve called the fire department I’m almost positive they would’ve been shut down. Do not stay here!

staff was an efficient plus for the property. Room 201 itself had been neglected too much... (chair especially was badly peeling pleather and 3 years overdue to be replaced--- just trash it). Microwave clock set to accurate time- NOT neglected. Fine water for shower and sink. Convenient parking arrangement....
