Everything was wrong about this hotel. 1st. It changed me an extra 50.00 for deposit after i paid $267.00. 2end the room wasn't clean it had bugs, tub dirty ,leaking water from the toilet which had unrine in it ,the door couldn't close all the way i had to shove it to lock it. I quickly took pictures and went to the front desk worker an told her about the problems. I even showed the pictures from hotel.com which i booked the room from and showed how everything was a lie. No full breakfast just coffee fruit an a waffle. It had drugs an homeless people all around the premises but state that it was a family and kid friendly place to stay, its not. They had me to contact hotel.com customer service line because the front desk worker said they wasn't responsible for the add nor price. Its nothing about this hotel that says $267 value if anything it should be closed with all the activities thats going on in an out an around this place. I've been calling this 18004972175 but it keep hanging up on me . They haven't refunded my deposit yet.

I thought that because I was in a nice mall I was going to be fine but it was horrible to stay there there was no soap nor was it clean everything was old and badly arranged the floors

The rooms were okay! Although I had to change room on my Initial first night because of roaches. They did give me a better room far away from the first room. I want to also mention that I saw the exterminator there a day later. Which shows they were handling the situation hopefully. The breakfast was fine mainly cereal, waffle, fruits, and yogurts. The staff were pleasant during the few interactions I did have. I had also lost my Id prior to booking but they allowed my to email a picture of the front and back which was a true life saver.

Clean rooms, but deposit is 100 for cash and 50 for card. Staff was constantly in and out of the guest laundry room though and I was right next to guest laundry so it was a constant door open and close all night.

Kids throwing things into the pool, running around and yelling at night, parking lot was dirty from so many cigarettes. A couple of the staff were rude and ignored you when you asked for something. But Mrs.Nicky was very nice and considerate, hands down one of the best people working there.

Everything was really dirty, I don't want to exaggerate but the carpet floor very dirty, the beds both dirty, even the door knob and the shower, I got really disappointed with Quality Inn, I am going to think twice about taking it again!
