The home was immaculately clean and offered an impressive amount of space, making it an ideal retreat for our entire family. Every area of the house was thoughtfully maintained, which truly set the tone for a comfortable and stress-free stay.One of the standout highlights was the theater room. We enjoyed watching the soccer match, and the setup made for a genuinely memorable experience that we still talk about.The kids were thoroughly entertained thanks to the trampoline in the yard and the game rooms! Kept them active and happy throughout our visit, and spent less time on their phones. The neighborhood itself exuded a sense of safety and tranquility, giving us complete peace of mind.Our host deserves recognition for being exceptionally responsive and genuinely warm. Any questions we had were addressed promptly and with great courtesy — the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel truly welcomed.The location was outstanding. Everything our family needed — dining, shopping, and entertainment — was conveniently within a ten-minute drive, striking the perfect balance between accessibility and peaceful surroundings.I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again

We booked the place for 2 nights. During the first full day there, we were having problems with the front door. We would enter the code, but the latch on the door handle seemed to be broken. Plus the electronic keypad was warning the battery was low and needed to be replaced. We sent a message to the host around 11am. He said he would have someone come out and look at it. We left for the day and came back to the property about 6 hours later. Keypad had new batteries, but the push down latch to the front door was all the way down and wouldn’t open the front door. The host then said for us to use the backdoor and that would be ok. If you can’t walk into the front door and have to leave the backdoor unlocked while you’re out, that right there is a security issue. My wife no longer felt safe since we were going out for the night and we contacted VRBO about the situation. The host kept claiming we could access the front door, but had to send VRBO a video clip of us putting the code in and the latch was still broken and wouldn’t open the front door. You can only access the front door by waking around through the alley and going through the backdoor, but you had to leave the back door unlocked. My wife wanted to leave and get a hotel and we advised VRBO and the host that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the backdoor unlocked while we went out at night. The host only offered 20% discount. Fortunately VRBO covered the 30%. Wasted a night arguing with the host about the front door.
