Nice location with plenty of space for the kids to spread out. The home is beautiful and sits on a quiet cul de sac. Easy access to freeway and shopping g. Nice neighbor a morning and evening stroll. Downstairs master made it easy for me.

I cant give it excellent because it seems a little "thrown together" but overall it was a good experience. Alot of bugs crawling around as well. Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were clean. Im also used to a colder house and you are not allowed to adjust the temp lower than 72
