This is a two-story house with over 2,400 sqft, a gorgeous upstairs patio view of the Dallas skyline, and an amazing backyard to entertain large groups. This is the ultimate experience to host your wedding party, dinner party, work event, family gathering, or wedding/baby shower!!

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

Absolutely amazing! We hosted our weddingthe reception here and our wedding party stayed the night as well! The hosts were super accommodating with time and worked with us to make the day super great. The spaces were all freshly cleaned and the outside area with the fire pit was perfect for our evening. 10/10 really wonderful stay.

Quality Issues

We booked your property for a few days last week, with the intention of bringing family together and hosting a wonderful event. Unfortunately, we found numerous issues created many concerns & safety issues. These include: 1) the kitchen table was broken, 2) chairs outside were broken (and somebody almost collapsed through it), 3) the kitchen sink had a leak, 4) there were staples in the floor upstairs and someone seriously hurt his foot, etc.We do not like to leave negative reviews, but we are requesting a refund of half our stay because of how many problems we encountered.
